A spacious, elegant blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, set on the edge of our private wildlife lake, she offers stunning water and mountain views. Joan is dog‑friendly too, with plenty of room for you and your four‑legged companion to settle in and relax.

When you arrive, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable, restorative stay. Put the kettle on and enjoy complimentary Fairtrade tea, coffee and hot chocolate as you unwind.

If you feel like eating in, the fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, two‑ring hob, fridge‑freezer, cookware and dining ware, making it easy to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

As evening falls, get cosy beside the wood‑burning stove and let the warm glow create the perfect atmosphere. When it’s time to retreat, sink into a super‑comfortable double bed dressed in luxury bedding. Refresh in the en‑suite shower and enjoy the complimentary handmade organic goats’ milk soap and shampoo, with soft towels provided.

Outside, your private space includes a table and chairs, a firepit/BBQ, and panoramic views across the lake to the Rivals mountains. Enjoy slow alfresco meals, linger over morning coffee, or toast marshmallows while the sun sets over the mountains.
